Nancy Ulloa is the Owner & Winemaker of Ulloa Cellars, based in Paso Robles, specializing in the production of obscure/unique white wines sourced from sustainable vineyards from California’s Central Coast, made with Intention and a little bit of Magic.

Nancy began her winemaking career in 2019 with the help of friends and mentors who eagerly supported her and her journey. Her intuition, energy work and passion for mindfulness has guided her to lead her winemaking techniques incorporating crystal infused fermentations, sound healing, gratitude and positive affirmations in her cellar practices.
